RYLA is a dynamic 3-day/2-night leadership program that brings together more than 150 students from across Central Massachusetts for interactive leadership labs, guest speakers, and team-building challenges designed to develop leadership skills and confidence.
Eligibility: Students must be current sophomores who reside within the Wachusett Area Rotary Club service area: Boylston, Holden, Paxton, Princeton, Rutland, Sterling, or West Boylston.
There is no cost to students—the Rotary Club covers all program expenses (students are only responsible for transportation to and from the event).
